Marketplace terms of use
Free property discovery
Nexaprop is operated by Simplify Interiors Sdn Bhd. Browsing, saving and comparing properties is free and does not require a consumer account. The marketplace connects buyers and tenants with participating agents; it does not collect property deposits, hold transaction funds or complete sales or tenancies.
Listings and agent responsibility
The responsible listing agent provides property information, handles listing enquiries and reviews listing reports. Marketplace sharing is a separate ON/OFF choice from Global Co-A, defaulting to ON where no choice has been saved. Eligible listings appear after the agent saves sharing settings. Client sharing alone does not enable discovery. Turning marketplace sharing OFF withdraws marketplace access without disabling client sharing or Global Co-A. Previously withdrawn listings stay withdrawn until the agent explicitly enables marketplace sharing again.
Confirm price, availability, location and arrangements with the named agent. Displayed credentials are recorded information and are not independent verification of ownership or authority. Separate advertisements are not assumed to be the same unit merely because they share a building name.
Enquiries, WhatsApp and viewing requests
Provide accurate contact details and information you are authorised to share. The named responsible agent receives your saved enquiry. If that agent becomes ineligible, new enquiries are blocked; existing enquiries remain assigned to them subject to the retention policy, without automatic reassignment.
A saved enquiry is a request for follow-up, not a reservation, confirmed viewing or guarantee of a reply. When you choose WhatsApp, Nexaprop first saves the enquiry, then shows the message for review. Continuing opens WhatsApp with your details and the property link. You choose whether to press Send. Nexaprop does not automatically send WhatsApp messages.
Changing availability and reporting concerns
Withdrawn, stale or otherwise ineligible listings cannot receive new enquiries and their marketplace photos are no longer accessible through Nexaprop. A shortlist does not reserve a property or preserve access. Copies already held elsewhere and third-party caches may persist.
Use Report this listing for incorrect information, availability, photo/privacy or duplicate concerns. The listing agent reviews the report. For privacy issues, an unavailable agent or a concern you cannot resolve with the agent, contact support@nexaprop.com with the property or enquiry reference. Saving a report acknowledges receipt; it does not guarantee immediate removal or a resolution time.
Fair use and your rights
Do not submit abusive or unlawful content, impersonate someone or use the service to obtain another person’s private information. Nexaprop may restrict affected content or access to address abuse or security concerns. Contact support to request review. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
Privacy and Agent Pro subscriptions
The marketplace privacy notice explains data collection, recipients, retention and your choices. These consumer terms do not change an Agent Pro subscription, invoice, pricing eligibility date or commercial availability milestone. Payments and commercial signup remain disabled in this release.
