NEXAPROP · AGENT PRO

Agent Pro customer terms

Version 2026-10-18-T4 · Prepared 18 October 2026

1. Who provides the service

NexaProp Agent Pro is provided by Simplify Interiors Sdn Bhd, registration registration number pending confirmation, at business address pending confirmation. Its change of name to Simplify AI Sdn Bhd is pending. We will update these details after the registered name change is confirmed; this wording does not represent the pending name as already registered.

Contact: support@nexaprop.com. Edmund is the primary support contact daily, 10am–6pm Malaysia time (UTC+8). AI may assist him with triage, documented guidance and draft responses. Edmund remains responsible for decisions and escalations, and customers may request human review. AI assistance does not imply continuous monitoring, autonomous account or payment decisions, or 24-hour human support. No response or recovery-time guarantee is promised.

2. Your individual agent account

Agent Pro is a workspace for individual property agents. It includes the listing, requirements and matching, collections, profile, sharing and collaboration functions actually offered in your account. Agency management, a marketplace, autonomous publication to third-party portals and future AI tools are not included merely because they appear in a roadmap.

The individual agent owns the login and account. A third party paying your invoice does not automatically gain access to your workspace. Use accurate payer details and contact support before payment if the invoice must identify an agency. Agency payment, shared credentials or a displayed agency name do not create a team plan. When changing agencies, update your profile and resolve authority to retain or share agency/client material; we do not automatically transfer that material to another agency.

Provide accurate name, phone, email, REN and company/profile information, and keep it current. You are responsible for your authority to market properties and any registration needed for your work. A profile displaying a company name is not proof that the company endorses NexaProp or controls your account. Protect your password and recovery email; do not share credentials or impersonate another agent. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your listings and private information

You retain your rights in the content you supply. You must have permission to use photographs, descriptions, owner details and other personal information. Give NexaProp the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content according to your settings and to deliver the service. This does not transfer ownership of your listings to NexaProp or another agent.

Keep price, availability and material property information accurate. Do not publish unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or infringing material, expose private owner information, bypass access controls or interfere with the service. Report disputed listings or misuse through support with the relevant listing reference.

4. Sharing, Co-A and attribution

Co-A collaboration is opt-in. Agent-to-agent access and client/public sharing have separate permissions. A match does not grant access to private owner details or permission to republish photographs. Use only the information and actions your access permits; preserve the listing source and attribution. Agents must independently confirm availability, commercial arrangements and authority before a viewing or transaction. NexaProp does not guarantee a match, lead, commission or property transaction.

Listing withdrawal, permission changes and access expiry can make shared links unavailable. Removing a public page cannot recall a copy already downloaded by a third party; do not share confidential information through public links.

5. Trial and monthly price

Your full 60-day trial begins when your verified account first has usable access. An unpaid new account receives no payment grace after that trial. There is no permanent free plan. The monthly offer below applies to new accounts under the current launch policy. No annual package is currently offered.

A payment-proof upload is not confirmation that money has been received. If the transfer fails, is unmatched or has an incorrect amount, contact support; paid access is confirmed only after reconciliation. An unpaid invoice does not itself extend the trial or grace. You can ask support to correct an order before or after confirmation. Do not pay a cancelled or superseded invoice.

Your first twelve purchased paid monthly terms cost RM49 each. There is no January registration or payment deadline. After twelve paid months, RM49 continues until the promised Marketplace update is actually available. Only subsequent new purchases may then be quoted at RM79/month. The invoice amount already accepted for a purchase stays fixed. A roadmap forecast does not trigger a higher price.

An initial paid term starts at the end of your full 60-day trial, or at payment verification if that occurs later. Paying early preserves every remaining trial day. No subscription bought after a lapse is backdated. The invoice and account show the actual start and end timestamps in Malaysia time.

Each purchase is for one calendar-month term. You may purchase one future monthly term once the current paid term begins. The twelve-month introductory counter counts purchased paid terms, not calendar months since registration. Lapsed time does not consume a discounted month; a fully refunded unstarted term does not consume one either. Historical accounts keep their agreed dates and receipts unless a separately reviewed transition is accepted. Annual, bulk and Pro Max offers are not available for purchase under this policy.

Before payment, the checkout will state the complete payable amount, applicable tax treatment, payment method, the basis for determining the paid term and the accepted policy version. The actual paid dates are confirmed after payment verification. No undisclosed fee will be added. Tax and invoice disclosures are pending confirmation before paid collection.

6. Renewal and access expiry

Payments are one-time purchases. We do not automatically debit a card or bank account without separate billing consent. Choosing not to renew stops future purchases; it does not create a refund for a used term.

An existing paid subscription has seven elapsed days of renewal grace after paid expiry, with full workspace and public/Co-A access. This extension does not apply to a new signup or an unpaid trial. A renewal verified while access remains continuous extends from the existing paid expiry. After the seven-day extension has ended, a renewed term starts at verification, without charging for the lapsed interval. A queued reminder or uploaded receipt does not itself extend these dates.

When entitlement ends, paid workspace and public/Co-A access pause. Billing, recovery and support remain available. Records are preserved for at least 90 days, without automatic deletion. Renewal after a lapse requires listing availability reconfirmation before sharing resumes; payment alone does not re-publish withdrawn listings.

7. Cancellation, refunds and payment disputes

Our cancellation and refund policy, published with these terms, forms part of each purchase. It covers cancellation of unstarted terms, used terms, duplicate and incorrect payments, service failure and the human-reviewed refund process. Nothing excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Availability, incidents and suspension

We maintain and improve the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every third-party system will be available. We explain material incidents through the approved communication channel as information becomes available. Planned maintenance and material changes should be communicated with reasonable notice where practical.

We may restrict affected functions where reasonably necessary to address suspected unauthorised access, abuse, unlawful content or a serious security incident. We aim to explain the restriction and provide a review route unless doing so would compromise security or a legal obligation. A restriction must be proportionate; it is not permission to erase records or confiscate unused payments. Valid refund rights remain available.

9. Privacy, export and closure

Our privacy notice in English and Bahasa Malaysia explains how we handle personal information. Request account access, correction, export or closure through support from your registered email; we verify identity proportionately before disclosing data or making irreversible changes.

At least 90 days of preservation after lapse is a minimum, not a promise of deletion on day 91. Financial records, security records and backups may need different reviewed retention periods. No automatic deletion schedule or self-service export capability is promised here. Confirm a request's scope and applicable retention requirements before action.

10. Changes and resolving concerns

We identify the policy version accepted for each purchase and communicate material changes before they apply. We do not retroactively change a paid term or automatically charge for a new price. The disclosed transition to RM79 requires both twelve paid months and actual Marketplace availability; it affects a subsequent new purchase, not a previously accepted invoice.

Contact support first with your account or invoice reference and the issue. You may request a review by Edmund and retain all complaint and legal remedies available under applicable law. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, subject to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
