Make a deliberate sharing choice
Review a listing before enabling Global Co-A sharing. Confirm that you are authorised to use its details and images and that its availability is current. Advanced sharing settings let you manage destinations individually.
The Marketing switch can enable client sharing, Global Co-A and Marketplace sharing preferences together. Check each destination rather than assuming all sharing controls are interchangeable.
Assess the property and the working arrangement
When reviewing another agent’s permitted listing, check whether it fits the requirement and clarify the current facts with the responsible agent. Confirm authority, availability, viewing arrangements and the commercial arrangement directly.
The software does not guarantee cooperation, a viewing, a commission or a completed transaction. A permitted property record is a starting point for professional review, not proof that every condition of a deal has been agreed.
Keep the client presentation appropriate
Use only the property information and sharing options available to you. Keep internal Co-A discussions and private contact information out of client-facing descriptions, images and collections. Preview the result before sharing.
For example, an agent with a Selangor buyer requirement can review a permitted Co-A option, confirm the facts with the other agent and decide whether it belongs in the client’s shortlist. This is a workflow example, not a claim of current shared stock.
Try this workflow
- Check listing accuracy and your authority to share.
- Choose Global Co-A deliberately in the sharing controls.
- Review permitted properties against the client’s requirements.
- Confirm the arrangement with the other agent and preview any client presentation.
