Choose the audience before sharing

A saved listing is not a blanket instruction to publish it everywhere. Review client sharing, Global Co-A and profile publication choices separately. The Marketing switch groups sharing preferences; Advanced sharing settings let you choose individual destinations.

Keep owner contact details and private notes out of public descriptions and images. A public profile and publication checks are required where applicable. Marketplace discovery depends on the active access mode and each listing’s publication checks.

Use current listing information when checking requirements, preparing a property PDF or selecting properties for a collection. Recheck the facts before sending anything to a client, particularly price, availability and permission to share.
