The current signup flow is open to individual property professionals. Account creation and email setup are followed by administrator review. Waiting for approval does not use up the full trial described here.

Payment collection is not yet available. There is no card charge, bank transfer or payment-proof requirement to start, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.

The monthly launch offer

The stated launch offer is RM49 per month for the first 12 purchased paid monthly terms, after the full 60-day trial. These are paid monthly terms, not simply 12 calendar months since registration.

After those 12 paid monthly terms, RM79 per month applies only when Marketplace is actually available as well. RM49 per month continues until both conditions are met. Marketplace browsing access does not by itself change your subscription billing.

Paid launch is still being prepared

The current payment model described in the draft policies uses one-time monthly payments, with no automatic renewal charge. Billing details and the final customer terms must be confirmed before payment collection opens. There is no annual, bulk, Pro Max or team offer being sold on this page.

The service operator is Simplify Ai Sdn Bhd. Company registration, business address and billing details remain pending confirmation in the policy drafts. Read the Terms, Privacy and Cancellation and refunds pages for their current status, and contact support if anything is unclear before a future purchase.
