Select properties for the brief
Start with what the client is looking for and choose eligible properties you have reviewed. A focused collection can show the options you want to discuss next. It does not need to include every possible match.
For an illustrative Kuala Lumpur condominium search, compare the client’s agreed location and budget needs with the current property details. Where an option differs from the brief, explain that in your conversation instead of presenting it as an exact match.
Preview the client view
Review the selected properties and the information visible in the collection before you share it. Check that prices, photos and availability remain suitable for the presentation and that you have permission to use them.
Do not place private client requirements, owner contact details or internal Co-A information in public descriptions or images. Collections are a presentation tool; they do not replace your responsibility to check what is being shared.
Share deliberately and keep the selection current
Use the sharing controls and send only the collection you intend the recipient to see. A recipient can forward a public collection link. Avoid treating possession of a public link as a confidentiality guarantee.
Revisit the selection when the client’s brief or property availability changes. Agent Pro does not promise that an earlier shortlist remains accurate indefinitely, nor that sharing it will produce a viewing or transaction. Private collection routes are kept out of public search discovery.
Try this workflow
- Review the requirement and select eligible property options.
- Create the collection with the listings you choose.
- Open its preview and check the visible details.
- Share deliberately and review the selection when circumstances change.
Useful answers
Will a collection expose my entire workspace?
Collections present selected property information through the product’s sharing controls. Check the preview and keep private information out of content you choose to share.
Can a client forward the collection?
A recipient can forward a public link. Share only information you are authorised and comfortable to make available through that link.
